Phone advice is provided 24/7 by a Board-certified Pediatrician (not a remote call-center) with 20+ years of experience at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and Stanford University School of Medicine, and is free of charge. We do request that you limit non-urgent calls to the office hours listed on this site.
Telehealth Visits
If you are unable to come to our office, we offer televisits. You must be enabled to use our patient portal (available to all patients at no charge). To download the free Healow mobile app required for a televisit, or to set up a televisit appointment, contact our office at 650-968-8891. As not all matters can be addressed via a televisit, we will advise you and set up the appointment appropriately.
